AIA CEO Chuck Flint joined John Solomon and Amanda Head on Real America's Voice to discuss needed reforms at the IRS such as those championed by acting IRS Commissioner, Secretary Scott Bessent, including prioritizing modernization efforts.

Flint directly mentioned one specific priority modernization issue that AIA continues to champion and previously flagged in its Abuse of the Week series, that the IRS must fix inoperable self-service kiosks.

A new TIGTA report this week once again highlighted that many kiosks have not worked for over a year. This is unacceptable. Fixing this abuse alone would show the IRS was serious about returning the agency to one that focuses on servicing taxpayers and not harassing them.
